A member of the Ruboyianes accounting team since 2014, Tracey McElfresh handles general bookkeeping accounts and has prepared many client tax returns. Building on the insights gained through nine years’ experience in increasingly responsible roles in accounting for a national company, she understands the issues many clients confront. The 15 years she later invested as the CFO of a local franchise of an international education company have given her a clear perspective from the small business/franchisee angle.
While accounting has been a life-long interest, Tracey also very much enjoys the challenges of providing outstanding customer service and problem resolution. She especially likes working as a part of the Ruboyianes Company as it provides the opportunity to build long-term client relationships, enabling services to be even more personally tailored and effective.
